Products already in inventory are tobe shipped out within seven(7) days from the date of receipt of the order. Made-to-order products are tobeshipped out within thirty(30) days from the date of receipt of the order, although it will depend on the given situations.

For delivery within Japan, payment method can be chosen from (i) credit card payment, or (ii) bank transfer, but the "credit card payment" is the only available method for any delivery outside Japan.

Please check the withdrawal policy of your credit card company for any credit card payment. For bank transfer, you must complete the bank transfer within ten (10) days from the date of your receipt of automatic order confirmation by e-mail from us.

Your order is finalized when you press the "place your order" button, after which we cannot accept any request for cancellation from you.In case you have chosen the “bank transfer” as the payment method, your order will be automatically cancelled by us, unless your payment is made to us within ten(10) days from the date of your receipt of automatic order confirmation by e-mail from us.

We will not accept any returns or exchanges of the purchased products, except when there are defects in such purchased products.

When any of the purchased products is defective, you must contact us through the "Order History" page of this shop site within seven (7) days from the date of your receipt of the said purchased product, to request the return of the said product.

The Shop will bear the shipping costs for any return of the defective products, so please send the defective products collect-on-delivery to the Shop.
